PRE-PLANNING

Let’s get started. Pre-planning is essential to having a successful meeting. PER will get the ball rolling in the right direction by identifying the best path to take and any potential obstacles. These measures will help save time and produce a successful event.

HOTEL LIAISON / PRE-CONFERENCE

Wouldn’t it be nice to have one of PER’s experienced Managers be your contact who reports back and forth with the Hotel staff? We will work with the hotel and you can breathe easy knowing we have you covered from all angles.

ROOM BLOCK & HOUSING

STAFFING

Do you need extra staffing for your registration desk or other areas for your program? PER has professional and friendly staffing available for your registration desk. We will be at the registration desk first thing in the morning and until the evening hours to help check-in and answer questions for your attendees.

POST-PROGRAM

Each day of your program our staff will review all of the details of the daily events to accommodate a final invoice preparation.

WEBSITE & MOBILE APPS
