- What year did you start working in Hospitality industry? 1992 as a salesperson at Sheraton Beijing, where I used typewriters to type group contracts and sometimes spent an entire day hand-delivering contracts to clients.
- What was your first job? Intern at a hospital ER after attending medical school for three years. I quit after two weeks.
- What is your favorite quote? “Happiness is a choice that requires effort at times.” By the ancient Greek playwright Aeschylus.
- What is a fun fact that surprises others? I’m a Black Belt martial artist and a world champion.
