Find you the best date/rates with value concessions and stay below or within your targeted budget 
Collect the hotel proposals/bids and prepare a detailed report for you and your team to review
Help narrow down to a short list of hotel options
Make sure all meeting space and hot buttons are being met
Set-up Site Visits if needed
