Food & Beverage Management

  • Work closely with the client and hotel to create menus for all food & beverage events
  • Carefully monitor expenditures to stay within budget, avoid contracted food and beverage attrition and to ensure all concessions are applied
  • Provide hotel with final food & beverage counts
  • Ensure food & beverage events have sufficient buffets/beverage & food stations scheduled for efficient service
  • Provide hotel with special meal requests and communicate to the attendees
