Manage rooming list for all Group sponsored rooms and monitor general block, release rooms according to the contract to avoid attrition and adjust room block decrease/increase as needed
Provide conference specifications with detailed room set-up, food & beverage, Audio/Visual requirements to the hotel
Review all hotel Banquet Event Orders/Rooming Lists for accuracy
Ensure all contracted concessions are applied
Coordinate Audio/Visual requirements. If outsourced, liaison between the hotel and A/V company to ensure on-site support
Arrange for Pre-Conference meeting with hotel directors/managers from all departments, Group Representatives and PER Staff
