We have extensive experience in growing sponsors and exhibits.  This is the financial backbone of most conferences. Sponsors and Exhibitors should represent a minimum of 70% of the total revenues for larger conferences. Not only should sponsors and exhibitors underwrite a significant amount of the conference expenses, but these two groups also drive conference attendance.

Exhibitors bring in 2-3 staff members to man their booths, but also help market the conference by forwarding marketing materials and encouraging their customers or prospects to attend.  We can assist in these areas with a percentage of sales, as the conference revenues rise, PER revenue will rise and give us the incentive.
