Food & Beverage Management
- Work closely with the client and hotel to create menus for all food & beverage events
- Carefully monitor expenditures to stay within budget, avoid contracted food and beverage attrition and to ensure all concessions are applied
- Provide hotel with final food & beverage counts
- Ensure food & beverage events have sufficient buffets/beverage & food stations scheduled for efficient service
- Provide hotel with special meal requests and communicate to the attendees
